1-year Fixed-Term Researcher Position focused on “Development of new bone substitute nanobiomaterials for future implantation by injection onto the bone after surgical resection in cases of cancer and bone metastases.” within the Research Program “Nanocrystalline HYdroxyapatite for the LOcal DElivery of Anticancer agents in the treatment of bone tumors and metastases -NHYLODEA” – PRIN 2022 PNRR,  funded by NextGeneration EU

• • Qualification:Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies (DM 509/99: 14/S Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy; DM 270/04: LM-13 Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy);

  • Requirements: research experience in (3 years minimum): Synthesis of various types of mesoporous silica-based nanobiomaterials using colloidal approaches and purification techniques, with high control over morphology, size, and porosity. Preparation of nanobiomaterials for drug delivery: post-synthesis surface modification techniques, conjugation methodologies using cross-linking agents, and methods for loading molecular compounds with therapeutic activity. Chemical-physical and technological characterization of nanobiomaterials: biodegradability and release/permeation studies using Franz diffusion cells or dialysis; morphological and spectroscopic techniques.
