LIST OF AVAILABLE INSTRUMENTATION
Benchtop NMR Spinsolve 80HFC Carbon (2 T) with two channel for the observation of 1H/19F and 13C nuclei, equipped with pulsed field gradient system for diffusion measurements and endowed with pulse sequencies for multiple presaturation (up to 3 signals). The most common 1D and 2D experiments (both homo- and heteronuclear) are available.
Minimum concentrations recommended for the analysis:
- 1H: 10 mM (protonated solvents), 1 mM (deuterated solvents)
- 13C: 100 mM
- 19F: 1 mM
