Research Interests

Luca’s research interests focus on acoustics, and in particular on environmental acoustics. During his career, he has been involved in several international projects. He co-authored more than 20 publications, 30 conference proceedings and book chapters. He teaches acoustics for professionals, and refresher courses mandatory for acoustics technicians. He is reviewer for several journals, and he is editor for international journals. In the past 10 years, he gained professional experience in the acoustics field by implementing municipal plans of acoustic classification, acoustic mapping and several evaluation of acoustic impact. He has also experience in electromagnetic fields.
