Administrative Secretary. She is responsible for the active and passive cycle of the IPCF Management Plan (PDG) of the following processes: acquiring resources and correct recording of revenue and receivables in the balance sheet, monitoring of claims against third parties, orders for collection falling within their respective competence, acquiring the goods and services, management and monitoring of the budget allocated, payment of sums due and the tax and administrative formalities, orders for payment.
She is also responsible for the economic and financial monitoring of the budget, the correct recording of costs and debts in the budget, the clearance of expenses, tax and administrative obligations, and the issuing and sending of payment orders to the cashier.
