Attualmente il suo focus \u00e8 lo studio dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 antimicrobica di nanoparticelle fotocatalitiche e non, sintetizzate in laboratorio (sospensione o depositate) o nanomateriali ibridi, utilizzando linee batteriche e non. Inoltre, ha acquisito esperienza nella sintesi e caratterizzazione di nanoparticelle. \u00c8 consultata in qualit\u00e0 di referee da riviste internazionali. \u00c8 nel Comitato Scientifico della rivista digitale NOVASINERGIA (Chimborazo, Ecuador) e Guest Editor di Special Issue MDPI.
