Elena ha avuto modo di partecipare a programmi finanziati dall\u2019Europa come ad esempio EuropAID e LIFE15. L\u2019attivit\u00e0 principale \u00e8 la modellistica Acustica tramite software dedicati ma anche misure di rumore e analisi GIS.
