Il progetto ha come obiettivo l\u2019implementazione di un sistema di gestione intelligente del traffico (Intelligent Trasport System, ITS), innovativo rispetto a quelli in funzione, che possa ottimizzare il traffico minimizzando il rumore a cui sono esposti i residenti.
