MITHoS progetter\u00e0 una nanoparticella core-shell reattiva agli ultrasuoni, accoppiata a un farmaco antitumorale efficace, il tutto incorporato in un guscio a doppio strato lipidico di derivazione cellulare, equipaggiato per raggiungere le cellule target della terapia. Il dispositivo MITHoS sar\u00e0 validato nella cura del mieloma multiplo. Verranno usate tecniche di simulazione molecolare all'avanguardia per caratterizzare tutte le interfacce nano\/bio coinvolte e sviluppati strumenti computazionali predittivi per guidare le indagini sperimentali.
