riguarda due argomenti principali:<\/p><p>1) sviluppo di metodi di misura innovativi per microscopia a scansione di sonda;<\/p><p>2) caratterizzazione delle superfici dei materiali alla scala nanometrica, in particolare nano-dielettrica, nano-elettromeccanica, e nano-tribologica.<\/p><p>Le attivit\u00e0 vengono svolte principalmente per mezzo di tecniche di microscopia a scansione di sonda, con particolare enfasi sulle propriet\u00e0 di interfaccia e interfase sulla scala nanometrica. Materiali e sistemi di interesse sono polimeri, nanocompositi polimerici, piezo- e
