• • Qualification: Degree in Chemistry (62/S; LM/54)/Industrial Chemistry (81/S; LM/71);
  • Requirements: acquired experience in the subject matter (see art. 1) in the modalities described in art. 4; experience with sampling of agri-food matrices of interest – experience in the analytical and physico-chemical characterization of agri-food matrices – data analysis for building up of models to evaluate/predict the quality of unknown samples – design of innovative methods for the extraction of functional macromolecules – development of matrices to be loaded with bioactive molecules –  knowledge of English – knowledge of Italian (for foreign candidates)
