Attività di Ricerca
Activity deals with the development of new nanostructure and/or functional materials based mainly on natural polysaccharides or proteins. Research includes chemical synthesis methods, chemical-physical properties in the solid state and at the surfaces. These materials are studied for applications in different fields such as food packaging, agricultural items, textiles, sensors and plastic material finishing.
