Should the contractor still refuse to comply with the provisions of the Contract, the Institute will be allowed to withdraw from the obligations toward the Contractor, by allocating the part of the funds owed for the part of the service effectively supplied.

Should the Contractor find himself/herself in the position to have to give up the position, he/she should inform the Director and the Scientist in charge immediately. Sums received as anticipations must in this case be given back to the Institute.
